Hello! My Name is Alicia Herman and am the founder and owner of Facial Dermagraphics. I work hard at what I do and believe to be a perfectionist.  Many years ago, I had a bad experience with a professional in this industry and was devastated on my result. I researched my options and decided that I wanted to do this.. I don't like surprises like the next person so I totally understand why so many people come in very nervous. I am a true believer in continuous education as there are so many new developments not just in this business but in every day life. I have earned and hold many certifications from different organizations in the field and study of permanent cosmetic makeup and strive to provide my clients with the most current techniques and information. I have done hundreds of procedures from eyebrows, eyeliner, lip color, and beauty marks to corrections, but my "specialty" is eyebrows.   I treat my clients with the utmost respect and will work with you to ensure that your end result will be what you are looking for.  My studio provides a very comfortable atmosphere that clients appreciate, and many times I have built a close friendship with my clients. Many clients have dropped by just to tell me how happy they are with their results and just to give me a hug! I love all my clients and I have made so many friends working in this business. That's why I love what I do so much because I can make people feel better about themselves! Many of my clients refer their friends or family to me because they are very happy for what I have done for them.

I am a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals (SPCP), associate member of The American Academy of Micropigmentation, Conventional and Cosmetic Tattoo Association (CCTA), Co-founder of T.I.T.'s 4 Tat's (Tattoo Information: Truth or Secrets), Permanent Makeup Society (PMS), and The National Cosmetic Tattoo Association (NCTA). I am licensed with the Oakland County Health Division and always provide a sterile and clean environment that meets and exceeds state requirements to ensure professional and sanitary conditions for all my clients.

I am knowledgeable and use multiple "known"  methods of application for permanent cosmetic makeup: The "Hand" Manual Method, Rotary and the Coil machine and will determine which method and technique will work for each individual case.  I will always continue my research on learning all of the latest techniques, developments and skills  to exhibit excellence and satisfaction for my clients to ensure that each an every client is completely satisfied with their results.
